Yes, you can take CellLabs® EzyFlora in more than one (1) capsule a day. But this is if you are undergoing antibiotic courses, food poisoning, IBD flare-ups, IBS flare-ups, lactose intolerance, and during flu season. Do consult your doctor for a precise prescription or if you have any concerns.
Yes, CellLabs® EzyFlora is vegan-friendly. It is not derived from animals or animal-based products – our strains are from natural human-based bacteria. This includes its capsules which are derived from plants.
