For international orders, the shipping costs are borne by the customers, and the rate may vary based on your location and available courier.

Should the parcel be rejected by your country’s customs, we will only refund the product cost, excluding the shipping fee borne by the customer.

Please contact us prior to any return. Returns of merchandise must be in its unused original condition and a tracking code for inspection and processing within 30 days of receipt of product.

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. FULL Refund of merchandise will be issued after the seller received the return item in its original condition.

If the order qualified for free shipping we will withhold and not refund the shipping and handling costs incurred by us. We reserve the right to decline any return where the product is not in acceptable condition.

In order to continue to offer the lowest prices on the internet, we cannot provide refunds for opened products that are not defective nor can we refund freight or handling charges unless the products has shipped back to us. The terms of our return policy may change without notice.

All refunds are on a case-by-case basis. Proof may be required for the refund to be processed. This may come in the form of product images, receipts, invoices, and any applicable documentation.
